Delivery and Payments

Delivery time and costs:

Sweatpro delivers within the EU, EEA and EFTA countries, We aim to ship orders within one business day of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Any delay in delivering orders may be due to an unusually large number of orders or a freight company.

At checkout, you can see the shipping options and costs for your country. Shipping is always free for orders over €150 within the EU,EEA and EFTA.

​Always check the delivery address before placing an order. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us at info@sweatpro.fi

Customs and import duties:

 

Orders to Norway and to EU, EEA, EFTA (except Switzerland) and Schengen countries are exempt from customs duty. Customs duties and handling fees may be charged for the delivery of international orders. We ask international customers to take this opportunity into account. Sweatpro has no control over any import charges charged by importers.

​Returns and exchanges

Return costs

We charge a refund fee of €6 for returned shipments.

​Return policy for customers
 

At Sweatpro we want products to be returned effortlessly. You have the right to return one or more products and receive a refund for the products.
 

– You have a 30-day return period from the moment the product has been shipped from our warehouse.
– The product must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition as when received.
– The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and Labels still attached.

​* If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

​Exchange of products

Exchanges are currently not available only refunding and receiving a refund. Therefore, the product must be returned in order to obtain a refund. If you want a new product, you need to place a new order. Read our return policy before processing a return.

​Received a Faulty Item?

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

​ • Your Order Number

• Item Name

• Photos that show:

• The fault as clearly as possible

• Full-length photo of the item

• The Sweatpro logo and label

 

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.
